Opportunity To Serve: Calvary Church Shining Stars Respite Event

We want/need you at our Shining Stars Soap Box Derby Respite Event on Saturday, March 28th from 1 to 4.

 We are so appreciative of our Silicon Valley Superkids Soap Box Derby Friends who have so faithfully partnered with us over the years.  They donate their time to work with our Stars/Sibs!  They bring their specially built two-seat derby cars and experienced drivers to accompany the kids making sure that our Stars/younger sibs have a SAFE adventure to be remembered. (Two cars at a time going down a small ramp and an exhilarating experience.) There will also be a couple of regular derby cars so the older Sibs can participate too. too. 

 AND, of course, there will be lots of other activities too which will include crafts, games, and pizza at 3:45!  We ask our volunteers to be there at 12:15 for brief instructions before our families arrive.

 We have invited the whole family to come and would love to have you help us serve them.
