Opportunity to Give

VCHS is collecting new pajamas for the Pajama PLUS Project – which in turn provides them to the children in need throughout Santa Clara County.  Pajama PLUS is dedicated to supporting children facing difficult circumstances such as poverty, homelessness, or illness by providing them with essential items they need to feel safe at bedtime. By partnering with VCHS, Pajama PLUS is hoping to inspire students to help other young people so they can feel supported, seen and heard. Many of the children Pajama PLUS serves only have the clothes on their backs, and new pajamas help these children transition from challenging days to bedtime and a good night’s rest. 

VCHS is accepting donations from Monday, November 13, until 2 PM on Friday, November 17

Pajama Pass for Dec. 12 for those who bring a pair of Pajamas to Mr. Galleher's room: M105 or the Main Office.
AND
Pancakes for Pajamas if you bring pajamas on Wednesday.  Come to the quad and donate your pajamas and receive a Pajama pass and Pancakes from Mr. Galleher

Opportunity to Serve: 

Community Service Opportunity, Friday, November 17. VCHS is then hosting a sorting party to prepare all donations for delivery to the children Pajama PLUS serves.  This will be from 2-3 PM in room E206. To RSVP contact Libby Souter,libby@pajamaplus.org
