Hi Students,
Here are two internship opportunities that will look great on your resume.
Wildlife Center of Silicon Valley- We're looking for upcoming graduates interested in interning over the summer! Our internship schedule this year is structured towards the quarter system, so it may be difficult for returning juniors and seniors to intern over the summer. We are planning on reopening our volunteer program in the spring, but only have limited volunteer opportunities on the weekends for students. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our old 4 pm to 8 pm after-school volunteer shift from past years. We are the one wildlife rehabilitation center in the South Bay Area dedicated to providing sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife with exceptional free care, rehabilitation, and the opportunity for release. Accepted interns will receive training on examination, basic medical care, and species-specific animal husbandry. Must be at least 16 years old to apply, and have reliable transportation to/from our Center. Interns working on Sundays will be required to intake animals brought in by the public. More info is available at https://wcsv.org/intern/
