Are you interested in starting off your break with a service project?  Sacred Heart Community Services has a program called La Mesa Verde.  La Mesa is a network of low-income urban gardeners who build access to healthy food in San Jose. LMV builds garden beds, shares knowledge, and creates a mutually supportive community through workshops, events, and volunteering,

LMV is hosting a garden bed building event on Saturday, Feb. 13 from 8:30-11:30 at Sacred Heart: 1381 S 1st St, San Jose, CA 95110.  Join Mr. Galleher for an opportunity to social distance and build gardening beds.  Bring a friend and bring your mask and a pair of gloves.
