To back up Notability to Google Drive:

You will use Notability to create and edit Notes, but, you will use Google Drive to share and submit completed Notes in PDF format. You can also view your notes from any device in Google Drive.

1. Open the Gmail App

2. Create a new folder and name it “2023-24 Notability Backup”

3. Go back to your home screen and open the Notability App

4. Click on the settings icon in the lower left of the Notability home screen

5. Press Manage Accounts and then press Log in beside Google Drive

5. Press Continue

5. Enter your Warriorlife email address and password

6. Enter your Warriorlife email address and press Next

7. Press Auto-Backup on the left menu, press Google Drive, and press OK

8. Press Destination below the Google Drive Settings heading

9. Find the 2023-24 Notability Backup folder and press it

9. Press Back Up to 2023-24 Notability Backup

9. Press File Format Note below the Google Drive Settings heading

10. Press PDF

10. Press Close
