Read Harold Bloom's introduction to Fahrenheit 451. Then complete the summer reading assignment. This summer reading assignment is meant to be a preview of the kind of critical work we will do this year. The assignment is also an opportunity for your teacher to see a sample of your analytical skills.

 You should be prepared to submit a digital copy of this assignment on the first day of class. You do not need to bring a hard copy. We will also have a reading quiz on Fahrenheit within the first few days of school.
