Partner colleges do not automatically send out transcripts and they must be ordered by the student through their online college system. VCHS strongly recommends that students order a transcript, 6 weeks after the completion of the course, to verify its accuracy. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure their academic record is accurate. 

VCS cannot maintain your dual credit college records or obtain transcripts for you. Use the links to order transcripts from each college. Here are the links to order transcripts from each college.

*If you are having difficulty ordering through West Hills Community College or Colorado Christian University’s Parchment systems and you previously had a Parchment account, you may need to delete your old Parchment account and create a new one. Parchment has changed platforms and has a new login process.
