Opportunity to Serve at the Latinas Contra Cancer Event (New NonProfit)

Latinas Contra Cancer will host its Annual Cancer Summit, and we need your support to make the event a success.
The Annual Cancer Summit aims to provide education and spark conversations about cancer, patient rights, access to care, and much more. We expect 200 community members to attend this free event. To make it possible, we need volunteers to help set up the venue the day before & d welcome and direct attendees with the utmost patience and care throughout the event day , and help with the breakdown afterward.

Day Before the event (SETUP) : Arrange tables, move chairs, setup tables 
Volunteer Date: Friday, October 16^th , 2026
Volunteer Time: 4:00PM- 7:00PM

Day of event: Welcoming and providing directions, support & cleanup

• Volunteer Date: Saturday, October 17, 2026
• Volunteer Shifts: 
• Shift one – 7:30 am-12 pm
• Shift two- 11:40-5 pm
• Age: 14 years and older
