Opportunities to Serve Emmanuel Baptist Church

As we prepare for Easter, we invite Valley Christian Students to serve and support our ministry.
Below are the service opportunities leading up to Easter Sunday.

Sunday, March 15 and Saturday, March 29
9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Serve during Elementary Church.
• Help as a teacher assistant for elementary church
• Help take students to the restroom when needed
• Support younger students who need extra help
• Help set up and serve snacks
• Help clean up classrooms after service
• Help reset all three classrooms

Sunday, April 5
Easter Sunday

10:30- 2:00

• Greet families as they arrive
• Help new families find the sanctuary or CTY classrooms
• Help families sign children in
• Place name tags on students
• Direct students to the correct classroom
• Serve as a teacher assistant
• Help students with crafts or activities
• Help escort students to the restroom
• Support students who need extra help or encouragement
• Help prepare and pass out snacks for students
• Monitor snack tables
• Help clean up snack area
• Help spread eggs before the hunt
• Help organize students by age group
• Monitor the hunt area for safety
• Help collect empty baskets or trash afterward
• Help clean classrooms after service
• Break down tables and decorations
• Reset the three CTY classrooms for the next Sunday
