Opportunity To Serve- La Mesa Verde (Sacred Heart Community Services)

Here are some opportunities to serve in the next week weeks with La Mesa Verde: 

We have our Spring Plant Distribution coming up on Saturday, April 22, which is our biggest event of the year. We have over 7,000 seedlings to prepare and distribute to our members at this event. We are looking for lots of volunteers to help us prepare in the days leading up to the event and during the event on Saturday 4/22. If this is an opportunity you think your students might be interested in, it would be great to have their help! The volunteer shifts will be as follows (all on-site at Sacred Heart): 

- Wednesday, April 19 3-6

- Thursday, April 20 3-6

- Friday, April 21 12-3 

- Saturday (during the event) 8-1 -- or some segment of hours within this time period
