Creative Opportunity For Community Service During Spring Semester

Your ideas can make a difference, and there are people ready to put the great ideas you share in motion. For the spring semester, you have an interesting option for some service hours: sharing an idea that can change the world.
How does it work? (Proposal is due this Friday, January 21!)
1) Get to know the Improve the World project information page, and look over the linked pages. Send any questions you have via the Contact Us pageHere  or https://www.nextvista.org/improve-the-world-for-vchs/
2) Apply to have this count for service hours. To apply, you’ll provide your name, a title, and a one-sentence description of your idea. The data you submit will be viewable by Mr. Galleher of VCS and Rushton Hurley of Next Vista for Learning.
Anyone interested in getting hours for an idea must have applied by end of the day on January 21st.
3) Make your video! We encourage you to get as much feedback as you can. The more advice you get, the better your video will likely be. Videos that can earn service hours are due by end of the day on January 28th.
Remember that the audience for your thought is a group of adults in a service club. These are people who can and do make things happen in their communities around the world, and are capable of taking your idea and implementing it where they live.
