Dear Valley Students,

I know that many Valley Christian students have found creative ways to serve their families, neighbors, and community.  If you have a good story of how you or your family are serving others please email Mr. Galleher (tgalleher@vcs.net)  and we would love to share that with the Valley community.  If you are looking for ways to support those who are caring for our community please check out the work of CityTeam who are meeting the needs of so many who are suffering in our community.  

Below is a list of some of the ways that CityTeam is meeting the needs of many during this critical time.

• Adding 3 more mobile food pantry sites -- now providing groceries in 17 locations across Santa Clara County
• We've more than doubled the number of people served through our food distribution programs
• Registering more new individuals and families to receive food who now need help getting basic needs met as job loss increases
• We're distributing more masks and hygiene items to homeless neighbors and throughout our program sites
• Serving more daily to-go meals out of our kitchen for people experiencing hunger or homelessness.
