This course is designed for students who would benefit from a slower paced introduction to algebraic concepts. It covers the elements in the regular Algebra II course, but students meet daily with the teacher, rather than every other day.

Daily Algebra II presents function notation, linear equations, factoring, quadratic and polynomial equations, and radical expressions. Students work with complex numbers, exponential and rational functions, logarithms, and simple statistics. Curriculum includes an introduction to conic sections, sequences and series, and a brief introduction to trigonometry. This course includes an extended review and reinforcement of algebra concepts. This daily course counts as one math course, but represents two periods for scheduling purposes.

Homework is minimal, as much of the coursework can be completed in the allotted course period.

Special Note: A TI-84+ graphing calculator is required.
