Students travel to a suburb of
Santiago, Maipu Chile, to work alongside our dear friends and ministry
partners, the Phillips family. Students are immersed in the culture while
participating in the activities of the church, including a worship service,
young adult’s ministry, Bible studies and more. With a focus on outreach and
evangelism, students will visit the coffee shop and participate in community
activities like soccer clinics on a field Valley teams built. Learning about the vision of ministry
and all that IAM is doing around the world for God’s Kingdom. Students stay
with host families and experience Chilean culture and food, making this trip a
unique cultural immersion opportunity.
We have been traveling to serve
alongside this family and ministry for nearly a decade, and our team efforts
have supported construction projects, outreach to other towns, and more.
Students receive a vision for the Kingdom and a challenge to find their place
in serving it.
