    VCHS SAT & ACT Prep

    In these seminars, students are given useful hints and are taught specific strategies that help them to improve their standardized test scores. They then employ these methods during guided practice. Students also take two full-length practice tests to give them the opportunity to practice before having to take the official SAT or ACT. Students who take these seminars tend to see an average increase of 20% to their scores.

    SAT Prep Seminar
    Spring 2024

    2nd Semester & Preparation for the April 16th SAT for Juniors and PSAT for Freshmen
    Pre-Test: Friday, March 8, from 2:10 - 5:20pm*
    Seminars: Tuesday afternoons from March 12 – April 16 from 2:10pm - 3:30 pm (no meeting on March 2 because of Easter Break),
    Optional Additional Practice: Every available Warrior Time between March 12 – April 19
    Post-Test: Friday, April 19, from 2:10 - 5:20pm*

    *A minimum of 5 students must be planning on attending the Pre-Test/Post-Test in order for it to be held at school. If there are fewer than 5 students planning to attend the Pre-Test/Post-Test, then the test will become an at-home test.

    Seminars of this type often cost $1200 - $1400 from test preparation companies. By offering our own seminar, we are able to significantly reduce the cost and pass the savings on to our families. The cost for our seminar is $400.

    Revolution Prep

    ACT & SAT Practice Tests with Revolution Prep

    Valley Christian High School is partnering with Revolution Prep to provide our students with the opportunity to practice taking college admissions exams. A proctored practice exam is the best way to get a real-time snapshot of testing performance to create a testing plan. You may take either the SAT or ACT.
