      • Once you register for dual credit, fees will be added to your FACTS account in early November. To complete the enrollment process, log on to your parent portal and pay the fee by December 1, 2025.  
      • Fee payment agreements are final as of October 16, 2025, and you are responsible for payment in full. Failure to make the payment could affect your enrollment for the next year or result in W/F on your college transcript.

      • November 12, 2025, is the last date to drop dual credit at VCHS (MUST email your teacher AND dualcredit@vcs.net ). If you have paid the fees, you may request a refund.

        No refunds will be issued after this deadline.

      Many colleges ask students to submit course syllabi!  VCHS does not keep your dual credit college records or obtain transcripts for you.  You are advised to save the following information:

      CCU Scholarship URL

      The CCU Academy Scholarship is available to incoming CCU freshmen who are currently enrolled in CCU's Dual Credit Program at their high school or to high school students enrolled in CCU's Online Dual Enrollment Program. Recipients will receive a $1,250 annual award ($5,000 maximum up to eight semesters) to CCU's College of Undergraduate Studies.

      Ordering CCU transcripts URL

      Students must order official transcripts to be sent to their universities. CCU will not send transcripts unless students have placed an online order. Please do not order transcripts until 4 weeks after the completion of your course.  We advise you to check the “HOLD FOR GRADES” option to ensure your grade has officially recorded so a blank transcript is not sent.

      • The following courses through Colorado Christian University have both a fall and a spring course offering; British Literature, Honors Anatomy & Physiology, and AP US History. The fall and spring courses are completely separate and you may choose to enroll in one or both of them.  Enrollment for spring dual credit courses will take place in March.
